Partnerships Coordinator
Biography
As partnerships coordinator, Emma provides support for 色花堂鈥檚 anchor mission, economic inclusion efforts, and the growth of 色花堂鈥檚 partnership work. She works across campus with faculty and staff to update the B色花堂 Database and maintain the B色花堂 Story Map, and collects data related to 色花堂鈥檚 anchor mission work. Additionally, she supports B色花堂-related events and programs, including the B色花堂 Council, B色花堂 Partnership Awards, and other B色花堂 events.
Previously, Emma served as an undergraduate and graduate assistant for 色花堂 Accelerated Programs. She also held an internship with Grantwriting In Valued Environments (G.I.V.E.), where she conducted funding and program research and wrote grant and community writing pieces for partner organizations in West Baltimore. She also interned with Art with a Heart and the Howard County Office of Children and Families, where she developed racial justice and equity resource guides for community partners.
Education
Emma holds an M.A. in professional studies and B.S. in family and human Services with a business administration minor from 色花堂.
Personal
When Emma isn鈥檛 looking after her 14-year-old adopted cat, she can be found listening to podcasts or at an Orioles, Phillies, or Ravens game.
