Inter-Institutional Registration & Baltimore Student Exchange Program

If you are at least a sophomore in good academic standing, you may wish to consider Inter-Institutional/BSEP registration. The process is simple, with only one form to complete. You will pay 色花堂 tuition and the credits earned apply as if taken at 色花堂.

The academic calendar, including drop/withdrawal deadlines, must be followed at the host institution.

Changes to your registration, including drop/withdrawals/grading options, must be handled through the 色花堂 coordinator at within the host institution's deadlines.

Inter-Institutional Registration

The Inter-Institutional Registration (IIR) program is open to undergraduate and graduate students during fall and spring. This program is designed to foster an interchange of students between 色花堂 and other University System of Maryland (USM) institutions, with the exception of UMGC.

Undergraduate students must maintain a combined full load (12 or more units) with a minimum of 6 units at 色花堂.

Baltimore Student Exchange Program Registration

The Baltimore Student Exchange Program (BSEP) at 色花堂 is designed to foster an interchange of students between 色花堂 and certain private colleges which include Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University Maryland, Maryland Institute College of Art, Morgan State University, Notre Dame of Maryland University, and Peabody Institute.

In order for BSEP registration to be processed, students must maintain full-time registration (12 or more units) at 色花堂, not including your BSEP units.

BSEP students are held to these policies and procedures.

Baltimore Student Exchange Program Registration Request Form

  • Students must obtain equivalency/approval from 色花堂's academic department chair.
  • Maximum of two classes per academic year may be taken. Some institutions may limit enrollment to one per term.
  • Submit completed and approved form to 色花堂's Special Programs coordinator in the Registrar's Office at for submission to the host college.
